Planetary leadership and defense council<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a global perspective, I consider it necessary to CREATE a WORLD COUNCIL THAT MANAGES THE WORLD GLOBALLY and is in charge of the following matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION, RESEARCH, USE OF SPACE AND THE DEFENSE OF THE PLANET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a large meteorite or asteroid is aimed at the earth, she will not care who is American, Asian, Avropan, or what her religion or skin color is. For green men, it will probably be the same. In addition, we are entering a global state where we will probably either survive all or no one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAY The universe is obvious and clear, although certainly the friction over who could use what on what planet could arise between the great powers, and probably before it is technologically possible to actually use them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION AND USE OF INTERNATIONAL WATERS AND MARINE DNA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what would such a Council on Earth decide?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example: fishing in the oceans<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are huge fishing fleets in the oceans that plunder what they can but give nothing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up in a land of ponds. In our country, someone first had to build a pond and then have to do ponds and take care of the weight gain of the fish in order to eventually catch. So basically like a farmer in a field who first plants, then cares for and finally harvests. So if someone wants to hunt industrially in the ocean, they would have to have ponds and a cannon of what they caught - quantities and species, so they put a corresponding amount back into the sea. Such a law and its observance could and should be in charge of the World Council. As well as the use and protection of the seabed. Everything here except the 12-mile protection zone of national waters. This would also avoid the demands and with them the expansion of territorial waters into international waters, as many states are trying to do today. This would probably prevent many frictions and probably wars!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AN ACCEPTABLE CLIMATE ON THE GROUND AND PROTECTING OTHER FORMS ON THE PLANET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. REVENUE OF THE COUNCIL - EACH STATE GIVES TO THE COUNCIL EX: 1% FROM THE STATE BUDGET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. THE WORLD COUNCIL CAN CREATE FORCE STRENGTHS, THE WORLD COURT OF JUSTICE, THE POLICE AND THE ARMY FOR PROTECTION AND THE REAL CAPABILITY TO ENFORCE LAW WITHIN THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TASKS (there is no point in creating a toothless UN-type organization, etc.).<\/strong> ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

States spend huge resources on fighting or defending with other states. Humanity as a whole puts almost nothing into its overall defense. I propose the creation of a network of satellites that would be able to scan the entire area around the earth in full. To do this, create a technology that would be able to divert a possible large meteorite or asteroid from a collision course with the Earth. Such technology, both surveillance and defense, must be built in advance. It's nice to watch Sci-fi movies, where a bunch of enthusiasts happen to come to an impending threat, and then other enthusiasts just make and use the necessary technology to save humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same goes for defending against threats from space, but also for defending on the planet as such, against problems that are global and threaten the entire civilization.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
